Approximately two and a half years ago, I started the blog Jibonjatrar Journal (https://jibonjatrarjournal.blogspot.com/) on Blogspot with the aim of sharing my travel experiences and research on food and nutrition in Bengali. Now, I have decided to elevate this blog into a dedicated website, offering a more organized and customized platform for readers with specific interests within the blog’s scope. Currently, the site features my own writings, but in the future, I hope to invite contributions from peers on related topics.
